Expat Sereno has an approximate total built up area of 2.2 lakh sq.ft. The project will house approximately 54 2BHK Apartments, 92 Villaments and 23 Penthouses (Total 169 units).

Is the Master Plan Ready and the current status of the Project?

The Master Plan is ready. We have appointed DWP Interics from Pune as the Master Planner and Project Architect. Awaiting statutory approvals from Government authorities.

What is the total number of floors being planned for the apartments?

The Apartment blocks will have 2 blocks - Stilt + 3 levels and Stilt + 4 levels. The Villament/Penthouse block will have Ground + 4 levels.
